From the A19 or Sunderland, take the A184 from Testos Roundabout. Continue straight for 3.5 miles until Heworth Metro Station.

At the roundabout take the first left on to B1426 Sunderland Road and at the first mini roundabout take the 2nd exit. At the second mini roundabout go straight on.

After 0.2 of a mile turn right at traffic lights on to Stoneygate Lane and then take first left.
